"I ordered this stability ball to replace my office chair at work after noticing my horrible posture in the traditional desk chair (totally slouchy and hunched) - no wonder my back was always very sore. This ball has completely improved my overall posture and core strength. I wanted this brand of ball specifically, as it is the same ball used at the YWCA I attend. The quality is excellent, much better than the 2 balls I previously purchased from Target for exercise at home. I wish I had purchased it sooner."

Excellent for the office

"I use my exercise ball every day in the office as my chair. I used to have back pain, and could not sit in a car for two hours without having to get out. I now use the ball every day instead of a chair, and now I can go 8 hours without having to ever stretch, and my back is fine. I recommend the Collen Craig books on using a ball utilizing Pilates, which is excellent."

Sitting on mine right now

"Thanks largely to Leo Laporte's recommendation, I purchased the Blue UltraFit ball several months ago after I started working from home. It's my everyday "chair" and it keeps me from getting too lethargic. About every 30-60 mins I get my heart rate up after a series of extended bouncing time. Works wonderfully!"

The best stability ball

"I wanted a stability ball that I could use as an office chair however all of the balls I have purchased in the past quickly lose their air or are too soft. Then I discovered Gopher and the Anti-burst stability balls! I have used this ball every day with great success!"
